Awesome Stays was founded in Phuket six years ago with a simple conviction: that luxury villa management done properly requires the same discipline, transparency, and long-term thinking as any serious business investment. Not hospitality theatre. Not promises that don't survive the first maintenance issue. Just professional, honest management of exceptional properties — for owners who care about their asset, and guests who expect nothing less than seamless.

We are a small, independent operation by design. Our portfolio is curated, not collected. Every villa we represent meets our standards before it carries our name — because our reputation is attached to every stay, every owner relationship, every recommendation we make.

Behind Awesome Stays is a partnership that combines two things rarely found together in Phuket's villa market: deep international business experience and genuine local expertise.

Each owner brings their own distinct strengths to the company. Ralf brings over 20 years of international business, operations, and commercial management experience across Asia and the Middle East — working with discerning clients across multiple industries who demand precision, discretion, and results. Poy brings deep expertise in Phuket's property market, the local relationships that make things work, and the operational instinct that keeps everything running seamlessly on the ground.

Together that combination shapes how we manage properties, how we communicate with owners, and how we serve guests who have stayed in the best places in the world and know the difference.
